Andrew Weiner has represented and counseled clients in numerous areas of employment law, including race, gender, national origin, age, and disability discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, retaliation and harassment claims, common law tort claims, the development and implementation of employment contracts, employee handbooks, personnel policies, reductions-in-force, independent contractor agreements and compliance with Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and other federal, state and local employment statutes. Andrew also has negotiated severance agreements, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality agreements.

Prior to becoming a founding member of The Weiner Law Firm LLC, Andrew was a litigator with two prestigious international law firms, Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Andrew graduated from The University of Chicago Law School and is licensed to practice in Georgia, New York, Connecticut (retired), and many federal courts throughout the United States.

Jeff Sand has extensive experience in employment and consumer rights law, which has made him an in-demand attorney around the country.  He has represented clients in class action and single plaintiff lawsuits in numerous states, including Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, and Virginia.

Jeff’s employment law experience includes litigating and counseling clients in matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.  He also represents clients in contract negotiations, including severance agreements and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.

Jeff’s consumer rights law practice focuses on litigation in state and federal court with an emphasis on credit reporting, including matters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and unlawful debt collection matters, including matters under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Prior to joining The Weiner Law Firm LLC, Jeff worked for two national law firms, Paul Hastings LLP and Seyfarth Shaw LLP.  Jeff is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School.
